Monday Glimmer Practice: Lift Up Your Week!
A free, simple 30 min. neuro- and somatic-based practice to teach your body, mind and emotions to notice, seek, expand and "install" glimmers. Glimmers are the opposite of triggers - small, positively charged experiences abundantly scattered throughout your day. By harvesting the energy of your daily glimmer experiences, you will teach your nervous system to increasingly hold on to and expand happy states.
