I didn’t always feel at home in my body. Like many who come from a background of trauma, I spent years feeling disembodied and disconnected—until I found the deep healing power of somatic work.
I was born in the Soviet Union, where medical practices at the time kept newborns separated from their mothers, disrupting the earliest bonds of safety and connection. As an infant, I struggled to take in nourishment, and my body learned to survive in a world that didn’t always meet its needs. Those early experiences shaped me in ways I didn’t fully understand until much later—when deep somatic work helped me reconnect with myself, uncovering resilience I didn’t know I had.
Since 1998, I’ve been teaching and working with clients, discovering again and again that no matter what someone has been through, the seeds of healing are always present—waiting for the right conditions to grow. My background spans somatic psychotherapy, energy healing, and experiential group work, all grounded in neuroscience and nervous system repair.
Through my work, I help people not just release old patterns, but truly embody new ways of being—integrating safety, connection, and joy into their nervous systems so these states become second nature. Whether through individual work, professional training, or immersive group experiences, my mission is to help others reclaim their aliveness and transform healing into something lasting and deeply felt.

When I arrived in the U.S., I found my way to the wisdom of the body. I began as a massage therapist, drawn to the power of touch and energy work in helping people reconnect with themselves. But my background in education—teaching middle school in Crimea—never left me. Teaching was in my bones, and soon, I was not only working with clients but also training others in somatic and energy-based techniques like Reiki and EFT/tapping.
My journey led me deep into the intersection of body, mind, and spirit. I spent a year living in a Buddhist community, immersed myself in meditation, energy healing, and holistic practices, and surrounded myself with fellow seekers. I saw, again and again, that transformation happens when we bring healing into the body—not just as an idea, but as a felt experience.
With a master’s in Counseling, I wove these insights into psychotherapy, blending talk therapy with somatic and energy-based approaches like EFT/tapping and craniosacral therapy. Over the years, I’ve trained thousands of mental health professionals, helping them integrate the body into their work in a way that feels natural, intuitive, and deeply effective. The most common thing I hear from my students? That my trainings don’t just teach concepts—they create real, embodied shifts that change how they work and how they feel in their own lives.
Now, I bring all of this together in Neuro-Evolve, a method designed to help both individuals and professionals release, integrate, and expand into a more alive, connected, and resilient way of being.
The brain easily absorbs negative and stressful information as our bodies are finely tuned for survival and threat detection. However, when it comes to absorbing, sustaining, and creating positive experiences and states, such as connection, contentment, or enjoyment, our nervous systems often need help.
As a trauma therapist, I have helped thousands of people process and release difficult experiences from their past. Healing trauma significantly improves lives, but removing the "bad stuff" doesn't automatically teach the brain and body how to absorb and create the "good stuff."
Teaching your brain and body to absorb, sustain, and create positive states is known as "somatic installation." With years of experience as a bodyworker, energy healer, teacher, and mental health provider, I have acquired extensive knowledge about somatic installation.
I use various tools in my client work and teaching, including mindful observation, talking, EFT/tapping, therapeutic movement and touch, breathwork, expressive arts, and play-based techniques. My approach combines the neuroscience of somatic installation, grounded in Rick Hanson’s Positive Neuroplasticity, with practical, experiential, body-based methods.
In your individual, group, or training sessions, you will learn how to help your body and nervous system "take in the good" easily, efficiently, and enjoyably.
